Round, or dome shaped doghouses have been a best seller for years and the Lectro-Soft Igloo-Style Heated Pad is the answer to provide warmth for the animals using these homes. Itʹs half round shape fits easily through the door of the home and allows for the pet to stay on or off the heated surface.

This soft, orthopedic bed is unique in that it will still provide soft, comfortable warmth even in sub-zero weather! Super soft PVC is used on the exterior to ensure the bed doesn't absorb water and stay wet like a fabric bed would. The Lectro-Soft Igloo-Style Heated Pad provides reliable, soft, affordable comfort. Indoor or outdoor use. One year limited warranty.

    All KH heated beds and pads feature dual thermostats and are designed to warm to your pet's normal body temperature when he/she lies on the pad. When your pet is not on the pad, the heat will dissipate into the air and the surface temperature will vary according to the ambient air temperature. All KH heated products are thermostatically controlled to heat to 102° F, regardless of the size. Dual thermostat simply means there are two internal thermostats that will keep the surface of the bed at 10-15° F above ambient air temperature when your pet is not on the bed. When your pet lies on the bed, it will warm to about 102° F.
  • Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

    If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. For custom orders, we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to verify availability of the item and expected delivery schedule. If the delivery schedule falls within the indicated timeframe listed in the product description, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.  If the delivery timeframe is longer than expected, we will notify you via email and/or phone prior to processing the order. 

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@fullpetential.com

    With custom orders that require additional time/work by the manufacturer, we will notify you of shipping time once the order is received.  Please contact us at  949 295 9937 or email info@fullpetential.com with any questions and to request an estimated shipping time prior to placing a custom order.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and is dependent on size of product and location it's being shipped to.  On larger, heavier pieces of dog products door to door delivery is included, and is indicated in the product description.  If you wish to upgrade the shipping to include delivery inside your home, please email us at info@fullpetential.com or call 949-295-9937 prior to placing your order for additional shipping costs.  

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fullpetential.com and we will address the issue immediately. Notifications of damage must be received by us within 1 day of receipt of item.
    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Please do not use products you are going to return we are not accepting used products.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
