As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. For custom orders, we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to verify availability of the item and expected delivery schedule. If the delivery schedule falls within the indicated timeframe listed in the product description, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If the delivery timeframe is longer than expected, we will notify you via email and/or phone prior to processing the order.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
With custom orders that require additional time/work by the manufacturer, we will notify you of shipping time once the order is received. How much is shipping?
Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and is dependent on size of product and location it's being shipped to. On larger, heavier pieces of dog products door to door delivery is included, and is indicated in the product description. If you wish to upgrade the shipping to include delivery inside your home, please email us at email@example.com or call 949-295-9937 prior to placing your order for additional shipping costs.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address the issue immediately. Notifications of damage must be received by us within 1 day of receipt of item.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Please do not use products you are going to return we are not accepting used products. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
